Our programmes

Programmes that build a route back

Five programmes matched to sentence stage, release timeline and setting, built around confidence, capability and opportunity.

Our programmes are multi-week with group and one-to-one mentoring and a confirmed referral pathway for every participant. Each follows the same journey; confidence, capability and opportunity and every session is co-facilitated by a trained peer mentor alongside a professional mentor and/or subject-matter expert.

Foundation Programme

Our three-phase core for adults in custody and in the community. It moves from confidence and identity, to development, to pathways and a confirmed next step. Open to all.

Empowerment to Employment

Industry-focused programmes supporting prison leavers and people experiencing long-term unemployment back into work through sector-specific learning and referrals.

Empower Her Future

Gender-responsive programmes supporting female prison leavers and people experiencing long-term unemployment into work, with industry-focused learning and pastoral support before and during employment.

Where I Fit

Cultural capital, delivered by going there. Participants visit professional and institutional settings, then build a personalised pathway into employment, education or enterprise.

Working for Yourself

An eight-week programme to help participants explore whether self-employment is the right route for them and to say plainly when it is not. It covers the licence conditions and practical realities that general business support cannot, with extended post-programme support for those ready to build a sustainable self-employed future.

Every programme can be complemented by our standalone workshops.
